Our Team
Patricia McNab, PhD
Patricia McNab has been directing Christian leadership and counseling centers since 1999. In 2013 Patricia finished her post-graduate work with a PhD in Clinical Christian Counseling through Cornerstone University. She also received a certificate in Formational Prayer and audited a Doctorate program in Formational Counseling through Ashland Theological Seminary. The development of Integrated Transformational Prayer Therapy as a care-giving model was birthed through Patricia’s academic pursuits and years of counseling.Patricia was raised in a Pastor/Teacher/Missionary home in the Midwest, the Island of Jamaica and Alaska. While she was surrounded by a loving family, the effects of growing up as a Third- Culture child and in the proverbial “glass bowl” lead to confusion and a spiritual collapse in her early 30‘s. It was then Patricia discovered healing through directed prayer ministry…experiencing Jesus as her Counselor and Healer. This opened the way for Patricia to minister emotional and spiritual support to those dealing with terminal illness in Colorado Springs. In 1995 Patricia was specifically called to broken and in-training Christian leaders, which has been her passion since.
To sum up, Patricia would say: “It is my joy to position a leader to experience Jesus in a vital and living relationship…for healing, for restoration, for anointing, for refreshing. The goal is to place their hand in His, and then they are connected to their Source for a rich, adventurous and fulfilling life and ministry.”
Christopher Austin
Christopher’s career as a care provider began over 30 years ago. It was in 1987 that he and his wife, Tiffany, began working with Adjudicated Youth using the inherent nature of the wilderness as a therapeutic tool. As their family began to grow, Christopher took a directorship at an Education Center serving the Kansas City School Districts. During these years, he developed an adventure-based training program for Marketplace Leaders, facilitating personal growth and leadership enhancement through experiential learning.
In 1996, Christopher accepted a Pastoral position in Woodland Park, Colorado. He has maintained his role as Senior Pastor for 22 years. During that time, he has continued his bivocational work in Leadership Development as a freelance trainer and has pursued certifications in Formational Prayer through Restoration Ministry’s School of Formational Prayer and Integrated Transformational Prayer Therapy through The Glenmoor Group.
The unique blend of adventure-based training, experiential leadership development, therapeutic prayer counseling and pastoral oversight are simply tools to facilitate Christopher’s passion. It is his desire to help people encounter the grace of Jesus Christ, the love of God the Father and the fellowship of Holy Spirit integrated into everyday life.
